New Zealand Shipping

xoxobaby offers $5 delivery, New Zealand wide on all orders

Parcels are sent via Courier Post or Fastway Couriers depending on the size and weight of item. Items shipped within New Zealand are expected to arrive within 1-5 business days after dispatch, depending on location.

We use a 'track and trace' service on all parcels. This means that we can provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your parcel online during transit. If you would like to track your order, please contact us at

New Zealand    
New Zealand customers pay a flat rate of $5 on orders up to the value of $100.
Orders over $100 are freight free.
There is no extra charges for rural delivery addresses.
We use Courier Post to send all our orders which is an overnight delivery service (Monday to Friday) but there maybe a few exceptions on times for rural delivery addresses.

Australian customers pay a flat rate of $10nz.
We use an international airmail service and your order will be tracked.
Delivery time is 3-10 working days.

Rest of the World
USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland and Western European customers pay a rate of $20nz.
Rest of the World pay $30nz.

Which Service Is Used For International Orders?
We use an international air service and your parcel will be tracked.

Import Duty
Depending on your country's regulations there may be an import duty or tax for you to pay before your parcel is delivered. This is beyond our control and this will be payable by you.
Returning Your Order.
If your order is not correct or if there is a fault on our behalf we will kindly return your goods at no charge to you. But if you have chosen incorrectly or would like us to swap your order there will likely be a charge to return the products to you. for more information.

Unfortunately we do not offer a pick up option or browsing in our stock room due to the nature of our business.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your xoxobaby product, return them within 14 days of purchase and we will happily exchange them or give you a credit note for future purchases.  Please note that no refunds will be given unless the product is faulty.

Please note:

  • We will only accept items that are returned in their original condition (unused and in their original condition, undamaged / unaltered packaging with all tags still attached).
  • We will only accept items returned with prior notification via email at  Please provide full details of why you are returning the product and what you would like us to do.
  • We recommend that you return your parcel by track and trace post as we cannot accept items that are lost in transit.
  • If your item is faultyxoxobaby will cover the cost of the return freight, however if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the cost of return freight.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the goods have been used or if the original packaging has been altered or damaged in anyway.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the goods are returned later than 14 days after purchase.
