New Zealand Shipping
xoxobaby offers $5 delivery, New Zealand wide on all orders
Parcels are sent via Courier Post or Fastway Couriers depending on the size and weight of item. Items shipped within New Zealand are expected to arrive within 1-5 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
We use a 'track and trace' service on all parcels. This means that we can provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your parcel online during transit. If you would like to track your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

We use an international airmail service and your order will be tracked.

We can ship to P.O. Box (post office boxes) addresses.
Unfortunately we do not offer a pick up option or browsing in our stock room due to the nature of our business.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are unhappy with your xoxobaby product, return them within 14 days of purchase and we will happily exchange them or give you a credit note for future purchases. Please note that no refunds will be given unless the product is faulty.
- We will only accept items that are returned in their original condition (unused and in their original condition, undamaged / unaltered packaging with all tags still attached).
- We will only accept items returned with prior notification via email at email@example.com. Please provide full details of why you are returning the product and what you would like us to do.
- We recommend that you return your parcel by track and trace post as we cannot accept items that are lost in transit.
- If your item is faultyxoxobaby will cover the cost of the return freight, however if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the cost of return freight.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the goods have been used or if the original packaging has been altered or damaged in anyway.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the goods are returned later than 14 days after purchase.
